Realplayer installs and sets itself by default to handle a lot of your media formats. Additionally, it keeps prompting to buy the “pro” version of the software, sets itself to start with Windows, and generally causes annoyances. Fortunately, you don’t have to have realplayer to listen to realmedia formats.
