Windows Vista Windows defender update might break USB

Microsoft has no fix for it yet, but an update to Windows Defender for Vista is reportedly stopping USB devices from responding for some users. the Register is reporting some users’ mice/keyboards have stopped working. Microsoft is aware of the problem and is investigating.
