Flickervision updates a realtime world map as pictures are uploaded to photo site, Flickr. It is a Google mashup that’s pretty cool to watch for a few minutes as the images pop up all over the globe. The map moves to highlight images as each country gets represented. Very well done.

Immersive is the best word to describe the PicLens add-on for Firefox. It is an add-on by CoolIris and it can be described as an iPhone image viewing interface for your desktop. Sometimes it can be a little sluggish, but the three dimensional effect is quite nice. View Google images like never before.
