See Flickr images as they are uploaded in realtime

Flickervision updates a realtime world map as pictures are uploaded to photo site, Flickr. It is a Google mashup that’s pretty cool to watch for a few minutes as the images pop up all over the globe. The map moves to highlight images as each country gets represented. Very well done.

Wings of Fury soars again

I used to play Wings of Fury on an Apple IIc . It was made by Broderbund Software and ran from 5.25″ floppy disks at the time. One of the neat features of this game, for its time was that the view panned and zoomed, depending on your elevation while piloting your airplane.
