care to take a Stumble?
Well, my site has been “Stumbled” twice now. I have to admit, the first time I had requested someone to do it, but the second was by visitor choice only. I used Stumble for about an hour once and quickly got tired of it. Now, I don’t really care for the traffic either. Sure, it gets a bunch of people to your site, but they have no clue where they’re going when they arrive.
Using Stumble is kind of like taking a cab and telling the driver to drop you off at a random location in the US but you want the place to have something to do with food. You might end up a sausage factory or a fine restaurant. I would rather have only 50 people a day visit my site, and find what they were looking for, than 500 random drop-offs at a page.
What are your experiences using Stumble, and (if you have your own site) with Stumble’s traffic to your site?
