right click menu missing on your programs menu?
Quick tip - Usually, you can place a shortcut on your desktop for a program on your start menu by right-clicking it, choosing send-to and then selecting Desktop. If you discover the right-click menu doesn’t popup when you right-click on the programs menu, it is possible you may have turned this feature off by accident.
- Right-click the taskbar and click properties, then click the Start Menu tab.
- Click Customize and be sure “Enable dragging and dropping” is checked.
Although distantly, this is actually related to the right-click menu, and if this is disabled,your right-click menu will not appear.
