The public beta of Photoshop Express is available free online. That’s right, a free version of Photoshop as a web application. You can change brightness, compensate for red-eye, distort, and more! Organize your images into galleries, suck photos in from other online services like Facebook, Photobucket, and Picasa. You get 2GB of storage for your photos as well.
