If you like the look of OS-X’s dock, and would like a similar feature in WindowsXP, you’re in luck. Rocket Dock is freeware and is extremely customizable. You can choose which edge of the screen to have it hidden to, and it even works fine with multiple monitor setups.

The dock can be set to be transparent and you can customize the icons, and the dock’s behavior. If you have a decent graphics card, you can even tweak the display configurations to adjust icon size, animation and resolution in the dock. It’s well worth the download.
