Arcade style game from the 90s that’s still fun
Back in the early 90’s when I had a lot more time on my hands, I came across a game that, for it’s time, was a lot of fun. I couldn’t remember the name of it, but remembered that it was an arcade style game somewhat like Defender. You had a small outpost that you manned and you had to shoot down airplanes and the paratroopers the planes released.
Well, I happened upon a neat website called Abandonia two nights ago. Abandonia is an archive of ancient(relatively) computer games from the 80’s and 90’s. I immediately thought of that old game and set out to find it. the website has a huge list of titles with information about their origin and system requirements.
I had to get all the way to the “N” section and found it! Night Raid was the title and it runs great on WindowsXP, without installation.
